Happy Valentine's Day Weird Friends! Sara here! I hope this week was the best for you! I was thinking about our podcast this last week and wanted to give you all some weapons that is easy to carry around to help combat the predators out there.

Stacy Jo's story was about the St. Valentine's massacre with Al Capone. My story was about a 21 year old girl named Cheryl whose life was cut short by a man or two men(in my opinion) who raped and strangled her. 

This got me thinking. How can I help people out there defend themselves without carrying around a bunch of bulky stuff? Well good news I shopped around and here are some easy ways to defend yourself with small items.

Let's talk pepper spray! 🌶 
One of the best things to carry around is this little spray that fits right on your keychain. The best part about this spray in my opinion is that it has a quick release feature so you can easily take it off and use it in a pinch. 

I also found there is a training video on how to use it so you don't accidentally spray yourself. I think most people learn by watching instead of reading so that is a big plus especially when it comes to dealing with harmful items.

There isn't a lock feature so make sure to take responsibility and keep it away from small children if you do end up getting the spray.
